This presentation will give an insight into how the Precision Time Protocol is used in SMPTE ST 2110, AES67 or other related Media-Over-IP environments and why it is essential to plan precise timing within the infrastructure from the beginning. The demonstration of monitoring tools like PTP Track Hound and mbgNMS will show how to control and troubleshoot the PTP traffic and the related devices.
