Noted female identifying and non-binary operators with varying technical skills and from unique segments of production will lead this SOC Hands-On Workshop that will address the unique physical challenges and opportunities – see the gear and technology that supports the female body, learn proper vest fitting and how to set up gear that enhances the storytelling and physical demands of the job.  This candid and collaborative session is welcoming to all and will be presented with an inclusive and supportive context. 

A companion Panel Discussion - will be held in the North Hall, Room N259/261 on Sunday, 4/16 beginning at 10:15AM, with an 'Exhibits Pass (All-Badge Access)'   Discussed will be building a career, life choices, family and life balance.
