The BEIT Conference is designed for broadcast engineers and technicians, media technology managers, contract engineers, broadcast equipment manufacturers and distributors, engineering consultants, and R&D engineers.
The opening session includes the BEIT Conference welcome from NAB President and CEO Curtis LeGeyt, special remarks from Jungsu Song, Vice President and CEO of the Korea Radio Promotion Association (RAPA), and the presentation of the NAB Best Paper Award, honoring the author(s) of the best paper published in the NAB Broadcast Engineering and IT Conference Proceedings.
Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers President Renard T. Jenkins will deliver the keynote titled, "New Tools, New Opportunities: Preparing Engineers and Technologists for Longevity." In an industry that is constantly disrupted by advancement and change, it is imperative that we prepare our teams and ourselves for the present and very near future. Mr. Jenkins will share concepts and strategies for preparing engineers, technologists, technicians and analysts for success in an ever-evolving environment.
