Globecast, the global solutions provider for media and content management solutions, is continually focused on innovation. This year, the company will take major strides in laying the foundation to further expand its core business and evolutionary technological changes that will allow it to better serve both existing and new customers.

Globecast will be enhancing its offerings in remote production, digital platforms, OTT, and media supply chains powered by the cloud. Through major new efforts, the company will complete its move upgrades from SDI to a SMPTE-2110 environment, with multiple factors driving this move from a technological and business standpoint. Benefits of Globecast’s new initiatives include the chance for it to hone its offerings to streaming platforms that continue to acquire more sports rights, as well as the possibility of expanding across remote production.

Through all of these changes, Globecast will continue to provide its full range of media services.
