SETH C. POLANSKY is an attorney who specializes in contracts, intellectual property, and start-ups. In addition to his 20 years of legal experience, he is also a performing musician, live sound engineer, adjunct college professor and indie film producer. One, if not the most significant hurdle creatives face is the fact that the industry runs on contracts. Creatives are not afforded the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the contracting process. However, this class will provide an overview of the contracts and contract types that creative professionals deal with on a daily basis. The class will be interactive, and will leave time for a detailed Q&A.
