With a solid track record of 20 years experience working within the TV & Media Domain, Ruben understands the needs of different customer groups — from Broadcasters to Operators.

Starting in the IPTV/OTT business in 2003, Ruben is one of the pioneers establishing IP based TV applications in more than 30 references worldwide since then for manufacturers, operators, as well as being a consultant.

He has worked in various big operators leading the Service Quality Management setup as well as the setting up the Service Management. As such he has a deep understanding of customers' needs and also of the problems they face in their daily business. Consultative selling is his passion and customers like that he speaks the same language.
