John is an accomplished business executive, with 20 years of enterprise B2B leadership in sales, business development and business management. In his role as Chief Revenue Officer at Conviva he’s responsible for leading the commercial & technical sales organization, customer success and business development. John brings extensive technology and business experience from the media & entertainment industry to his role, along with an instinct and passion for solving customer problems.

John joins as Chief Revenue Officer at SSIMWAVE, an IMAX company in April of this year. He was previously at Conviva in the same role. John has a proven track record of successful outcomes, playing pivotal growth and strategy roles in two successful exits: Gracenote (Nielsen) and Digitalsmiths (TiVo).  As a trusted strategic business leader and advisor, he’s passionate about developing talent into high-performing teams. He has a top accredited MBA and deep knowledge of SaaS, streaming media, analytics, and data.
