Spugnardi, Michael

Mike Spugnardi was promoted to Director of RF Systems and Components in August of 2020.  After graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Electronics and Electrical Engineering in 1999 he joined Dielectric as an Electrical Engineer with a focus on antenna testing and design. He moved into the role of Product line Manager overseeing manufacturing of TV and FM antennas. 
His work and experience ultimately promoted him to the role of Engineering Manager, Broadcast, because of his product and industry knowledge. He was previously the Plant Manager for Dielectric’s second location in Lewiston, Maine, during the FCC Broadcast Repack of 2017 to 2020. Under his leadership, the team in Lewiston was responsible for the production of over 400 UHF high power pylon style TV antennas to help meet the FCC’s short 39-month window.
