Leslie Morgan is the GM and Founding Partner of The Candidly, a new wellness brand for women who sort of hate wellness brands. She also is the Owner of Morganglory Consulting a Creator Management company and Every Problem Solved a consultancy that specializes in operations, content strategy and business development for creator lead businesses and brands looking to partner with digital creators.
Morgan has worked in digital for fifteen years. Most recently, she was the Interim Acting COO for Hank and John Green’s Complexly where she helped with a re-organization of the company and provided a road map to help scale and diversify the business. Other past roles include Director of Partnerships and Creative Development for white label subscription service Curational, where she on boarded several partners, providing creative direction and solutions for custom boxes and storefronts. Current and past clients include The Chosen, Lightricks (Facetune and Videoleap), media research company Latitude, campus marketing agency IQ and several high- profile celebrity and digital creators.
From 2011-2016, Morgan worked with digital beauty pioneer Michelle Phan, running her Google funded channel FAWN and went on to lead Phan's joint venture with Endemol Shine, which she managed across five territories. She sold content to Verizon, Yahoo, OWN, and worked with such brands as L'Oreal, Dove, Nintendo, Victoria Secret, Air New Zealand and Ebay She worked with over 40 creators and their channels to achieve over 125% growth year over year.
She is a Telly Award winner for her work with Kraft, and Cynopsis Media Top Women In Digital Mentorship Honoree.
