Montes De Oca, Ramiro

Ramiro Montes De Oca is a highly experienced broadcast engineer and lead system engineer with over 20 years of experience in broadcasting. He has expertise in both hardware and software development for the broadcasting industry. He is the Director of R&D and ICVFX at Vū Technologies.

In previous roles, Ramiro designed and built broadcast solutions for NEP, FOX Sports, NASCAR affiliates, and Lockheed Martin, as well as several independent studios. As an active member of the SBE and the SMPTE advisory group, he is contributing to the development of new standards at the SMPTE-RIS-OSVP (On-Set Virtual Production).
