
Seeger, Chris
Chris Seeger has been working at NBCUniversal since 1989.He is part of the Advanced Technology Group and the Director of Advanced Content Production, currently responsible for investigating and developing UHD-HDR content production workflows. Over the past several years, Chris has helped design/participated in UHD(4K)-High Dynamic Range(HDR)/Wide Color Gamut(WCG) productions for the Olympics (Beijing, Tokyo,RIO, Pyeongchang,), World Cup and Notre Dame Football. His responsibilities include gathering needs for future systems from operations and engineering teams across internal organizations, formulating them into a consistent vision and set of requirements, and communicating them to key potential suppliers and standards groups. Previously, over 23 years, Chris has designed and supported file-based post production workflows for Saturday Night Live, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien/Jay Leno, and SyFy/USA promos in New York.
