Paul Shulins is President of Shulins' Solutions, a broadcast consulting firm based in Arizona. Paul has been a radio chief engineer for more than 40 years. He has authored dozens of articles for Radio World Magazine and NAB BEIT. He is the President of the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society and has been a certified member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers since 1982.
