Spencer, Perry

Perry Spencer is the Director of Operations for the KREF Sports Network and the President of KREF Sports TV based in Norman Oklahoma.  Since 2009, Perry has grown their video streaming department to currently include ten (10) different 6A High Schools all in the Oklahoma City Metro. He now oversees well over 700 Live High School streaming events per year and their revenues are now 300% greater than they were just five years ago.  In addition to managing the department, Perry has called and produced hundreds of streams himself.  Perry responsibilities also include the negotiation of school contracts for KREF Sports TV and the hiring and training of the personnel.
