Stephanie Slagle is the Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer for Graham Media Group, a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company (NYSE: GHC)
In her role, Slagle oversees Graham Media Group’s digital & transformation teams. Both teams are focused on driving toward a future of the broadcast industry including innovative content, technology, data and revenue. She also serves as the corporate lead for GMG’s revenue teams.
Throughout Stephanie’s career, which includes more than 25 years in media, she has served in many roles, including Research Director, Local Sales Manager, New Media Sales Director, Creative Services Director, and Director of Digital Strategy. Her passion for learning and teaching has helped her build enthusiastic, client and viewer-focused teams for more than 15 years.
Stephanie spent nine years with the Dispatch Broadcast Group, acquired by TEGNA in August 2019, building and managing the digital departments for WBNS TV, WBNS Radio and the Columbus Dispatch. She excels at navigating the digital universe and helping sales, news and technology teams build and deliver innovative solutions. At Stephanie’s leadership, WBNS was the first station in the Columbus market to launch their OTT channel in 2016.
Slagle is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
