Before reaching his current position, Khaled Jerbi held a master and PhD degrees from the INSA of Rennes in France in the field of image and signal processing. That academic background helped him integrate a team of research engineers at the INSA of Rennes where he contributed to the developing of a dataflow model of the HEVC/H265 decoder. Over the next few years, Khaled Jerbi continued with rich and varied experiences from video broadcast to improving video games streaming with AI and video optimization on ASIC. Looking to the future, Khaled Jerbi is focused on continuing to push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of video compression and streaming.
