Katt, Sarah

Sarah Katt is SVP Programming at The Hill, where she leads the video and live journalism events offerings, including the newly launched The Hill TV OTT streaming network. 

 

Prior to joining The Hill, Katt was the GM of AccuWeather Network, overseeing programming strategy, operations, distribution, marketing and ad sales. During her tenure at the AccuWeather Network, accolades included a 2021 Cablefax Award on “Best Overall Content”; 2019 Telly Award in the category of “Best General News or Feature: General Television”; and Cynopsis Awards for “Best Short Form Content” and for “Best Ad-Supported Cable Network” in 2019. Katt was also honored by industry peers with a 2019 Cynopsis “Women in Media” Award. 

 

Prior to AccuWeather, she served in several multi-platform video leadership roles with Verizon and CBS News. Katt holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson School of Management.
